Ashley Bedell

As Executive Vice President of Development, Ashley Bedell uses a background in negotiation, entitlement, and project management to support developmental initiatives nationwide. She leads The Garrett Companies' Development division through various aspects of planning, design, & logistics on all active TGC projects. Ashley is also a strong community and social services expert with a Master of Professional Studies focused in Real Estate Development.
